Those AWESOME GOATHEAD JR DEVO racers are putting on two fabulous mudfest cyclocross events this weekend! (We can hope for mud, can't we?)
Both at Roosevelt School, in Tijeras. Please enter from 66 on the west end of the school area, not by the new fire station.
Saturday- casual afternoon start time (don't whine, you always wanted that)
First race off at 1:30, juniors.

The events for the 2011 NMCX series are posted in the EVENTS tab. I could have placed them in the TECH tab, but nothing ever happens there, much like the FORUMS tab, dust is getting deep there also.

Why, yes, of course, there will be a 2011 CX series! It's only early July, and there's still plenty of hot summer sofa riding left. Don't worry about training until about mid November.
There'll be a schedule posted soon, with enough time to get some new Bulldogs before the first race. So, for now, just keeping the lycra parade in France, and dream about getting your lycra dirty at Mesa del Sol.

First (last) CX race of the season! And it's a long one. Come out for a long day of fast dirt roads and fun singletrack. Ride as much or as little as you want. There's always a resuppy established at the gas compressor station.

Had to wait for finalization of the permit before posting this.
Race tomorrow, #8, at the same place as the first race, Ben Greiner Memorial Soccer Complex. Please try to find alternate parking instead of along Eubank, the baseball field on the right (east side) of Eubank, south of the reservoir, or the tennis courts (please be careful crossing Eubank).
This won't be the same as the first race, we have something much more difficult in mind, like a crawling and dragging your bike section about 100 yards long, (just kidding)
