What's all that noise? Cross season? We haven't done Double Boundary yet! Keep your KISS pants on, Biff!

Training schedule? What the heck is that all about? I thought CX was about knocking last years mudd off the bike on October 1, and putting the empty Belgium elixir bottle down, and doing a few laps on Saturday morning. We're supposed to train? OK, here's your training plan, Biff-

Saturday- Ride for about an hour, after you eat the entire pack of bacon

Sunday- Ride for two hours, after you convince yourself that sleeping till noon is socially ok, at your age

Monday- ride that one hour a little faster, till you taste the bacon and beer from the weekend

Tuesday- do some hill sprints until you taste the puke from Monday that tasted like the bacon and beer from the weekend

Wednesday- rest day, clean up the puke, from the bacon and beer from the weekend

Thursday- TT, one hour, flat ground, try to put that craving for bacon and beer away

Friday- flat route intervals, 2-1-2-1-2-1...., BACON AND BEER DAY IS ALMOST HERE AGAIN!!

Saturday- Long semi-casual rude dog ride, not necessarily social, 75% effort, two to eight hours (WHAT? Well, I like long rides)

Eight day cycle? What? Why not, have you tried it before? I didn't say I knew what I was talking about anyway.

DISCLAIMER: You maybe should warmup a little before any of this, and get your physician's approval, and make sure your life insurance and health insurance stuff is up to date. And no cow tipping!
