I know, I know, you're tired of hearing about mtb's and hearing anything from me, but Hawke's Tuesday MTB training races are good recovery medicine for that 7 months without CX racing. Yes, put the beer down, air up the tires, and figure out how to ride off road again. Last Tuesday, we got to ride hard for an hour, on a course that is CX bike friendly (only a few large rocks).



On 25 August, these will become more cross friendly. In other words, it's time to ride the CX bike.
